What the site uses, and why.

Who handles your information?
The independent player operating BroFarmAI handles customer information for this service. Use the Contact page for privacy questions, access, correction or deletion requests. I may ask you to verify ownership of the order before acting on a request.
Browsing and your preferences
You can read the public pages without creating an account. The server uses technical access records for security and operation. Your chosen language is stored locally in your browser. No advertising trackers or marketing analytics are installed.
The site uses connection information, including your IP address, to limit abusive requests and protect access to accounts and orders.
Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives the connection information needed to deliver them. You can clear the saved language using your browser’s site-data settings.
Contacting me by email
If you email the public support address, your sender address, message and any attachments are received in my QQ Mail mailbox and used to answer your request. QQ Mail processes that correspondence as the mailbox provider. This is separate from automated order notifications sent through Resend.
Inquiry emails are retained while the inquiry or a related service issue remains unresolved, or a record is still required for the purposes below. Unneeded correspondence is reviewed for deletion alongside order evidence. Do not send passwords or unrelated sensitive information.
When the customer service opens
Email verification establishes order access. A necessary secure session cookie keeps customers signed in for up to seven days. Verification codes expire after ten minutes and cannot be reused after successful sign-in.
I use your email, selected levels, agreed times, order messages, screenshots and payment references to arrange and deliver the service, notify you and resolve issues. Do not include unrelated personal information in messages or images.
PayPal processes checkout and refunds under its own policies. This website does not collect your PayPal password or full payment-card details. Resend delivers login and order-notification emails; it does not receive your game password from the handoff form.
Hosting, email and payment providers may process information outside your country. Each receives the information needed for its role. Customer information is not sold or used for advertising.
Game login details
Game login details are accepted only in the private handoff form after verified payment. They are encrypted separately from the order and are available to the seller only for the agreed work. They are not included in normal order responses, chat or notification emails.
After you confirm completion, access to the game login details expires within 24 hours and deletion is scheduled. The running service checks this every minute and on startup; an extended outage may delay physical deletion. Change your game password immediately after completion.
Order evidence and requests
Order details, character records, conversations, screenshots and audit records are kept separately as service and dispute evidence; they are not automatically erased with the game password. Private evidence backups exclude game login details and login sessions.
Order evidence is reviewed manually. Its retention depends on whether the service, a refund or dispute remains unresolved, and whether payment-record or legal obligations still require it. This is separate from the automatic game-password expiry. I remove or anonymize information when it is no longer needed, including corresponding evidence copies where applicable.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for access, a copy, correction or deletion of your information, or raise an objection or restriction request where applicable. I will verify the request, explain any information that must be retained and respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority.
Information needed to arrange or fulfill your requested service is processed for that purpose; security records protect the site and its users, and records required by law are kept for that obligation. If separate consent is needed for another purpose, it will be requested separately. Agreeing to service terms is not permission to sell your data or send marketing.
