What to include

Before booking, include your current and target levels, preferred time and time zone. For an existing order, include the order number and use the email associated with that order where possible.

Never email a game password, PayPal password, payment-card details or a verification code. Game login details belong only in the private handoff form after the website verifies payment.

Existing orders

Use My orders to keep service instructions, screenshots and agreed changes together. Automated emails from no-reply@notify.brofarmai.com are notifications only; replies to that address are not monitored.

When I reply

I am one player, not a round-the-clock support team. I reply when available, and we agree on a start time before payment. Written order communication is in English; the website is available in English, Simplified Chinese and Korean.
